Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are subject to YAME’s Return & Refund Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

Products must generally be returned in the condition required by our applicable return policy, including any applicable requirements concerning:

• Original condition.
• Tags.
• Packaging.
• Proof of purchase.
• Unused/unwashed condition.

Certain products may be non-returnable where legally permitted, including products that have been customised or personalised.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

 

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another method permitted by applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

We will not use this policy to unlawfully restrict any refund rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
